Job Description
A senior leadership role for an experienced Senior Associate Electrical Engineer to direct large, complex engineering projects and influence the strategic direction of building services delivery in the region.
This is a high-impact position for someone who is confident leading teams, building client relationships, and managing full commercial accountability.
The Opportunity
You will oversee multi-disciplinary project delivery, support business growth, and act as a senior technical authority.
This includes taking responsibility for profitable project outcomes, guiding resources, and representing engineering capability at a senior level.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead major electrical and multi-disciplinary building services projects
- Act as the senior client contact, supporting repeat business and long‑term partnerships
- Support strategic direction, bid strategy and tender leadership
- Coordinate design output cross‑teams, managing risk, quality and delivery
- Lead motivate and develop a high‑performing local engineering team
- Oversee project expenditure, resourcing and financial reporting
- Represent electrical engineering capability at deere meetings/ presentations
- Support recruitment and development of future talent
