Electrical Engineer

Rhino Recruitment is working with an advanced manufacturing company based in Port Talbot, we are looking for someone who has experience working in a fast paced consumer goods facility.

Total annual salary £42-48,000 depending on experience inclusive of shift premium.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance.
• Respond to breakdowns quickly and efficiently
• Diagnose faults and repair equipment
• Upkeep of reports and records
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.

Experience

• Experience in FMCG
• PLC experience (Siemens preferable)
• Previous experience reacting to electrical breakdowns

Qualifications

• HNC/HND Electrical Engineering or equivalent. (desirable)
• Time served electrical apprenticeship. (essential)
• Counterbalance forklift licence. (advantageous – not essential)
