What You’ll Do
- Supervise/manage Drivers & direct reports within a transport operation
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations in line with customer KPIs
- People management including absence, discipline and ensuring all employees comply with the DHL code of conduct
- Help maintain a positive workplace culture, recognising excellence
- Support direct reports and help drive engagement culture with site teams
What You’ll Bring
- Transport logistics experience essential
- Transport legal compliance desirable
- Transport health and safety compliance essential
- Pro‑active, able to work well under pressure
- Microsoft Office, Apps, Excel – good knowledge required
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
