Mon-Fri, 8:30am till 5pm. 40 hours per week (Office Based)
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially focused Internal Sales Engineer with a strong technical foundation and a passion for customer engagement and solution selling.

What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll be act as a central point of contact for commercial and technical enquiries, supporting customers from initial enquiry through to order processing.
- Manage enquiries and prepare quotations aligned to customer requirements
- Provide technical and commercial support to customers
- Process orders and maintain CRM records of opportunities and interactions
- Develop key accounts to increase enquiries and sales
- Ensure margins meet company expectations and review customer terms
- Collaborate with external sales to share leads and opportunities
What You’ll Bring
- Mechanical engineering qualification or equivalent experience
- Experience in a technical or internal sales role within an industrial environment
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, organised approach
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- (Desirable) Valve, flow control, oil & gas or manufacturing experience
What’s On Offer
- Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 per annum (dependent on skills and experience) + Discretionary bonus
