Business / IT Consultant – Global Corporate Banking (EN/JP Bilingual)

Location: Central London (Hybrid – 3–4 days onsite)

We are seeking bilingual consultants to partner with major Japanese banks and drive impactful business and technology transformation in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PMO / Business Analyst / Product Management services
• Build trusted client relationships and identify value‑creation opportunities
• Collaborate with ABeam and partner teams to ensure high‑quality execution
• Operate autonomously with proactive communication

Requirements

• 3+ years consulting / project delivery experience
• Experience in IT or operational transformation
• Strong English/Japanese documentation and communication skills
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Excel, other tools
• Awareness of cloud, AI, and cybersecurity trends

Preferred

• Knowledge, insight, and hands‑on experience in corporate banking or capital markets projects

Certifications (Plus)

• PMP, PRINCE2
• Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, CSPO, PSPO)
• IT‑related foundational or role‑specific certifications
