Apply for the Reward Technology Implementation Consultant
Location: Greater London
Job Description:

Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with a high-growth total reward platform. This is a HR technology platform that ensures the smooth running of a company’s total reward operations, enabling effective data management, slick processes and reporting, so that HR and Reward teams can act with confidence. This is an exciting start-up with ambitious growth plans and an ever-expanding client base. You’ll be joining a small team where you can have genuine influence and contribute to the continued success and development of the company. The platform is looking to hire a Technology Implementation Consultant, initially on a 6‑month contract but with the view to going permanent.

As the Reward Technology Implementation Consultant, you will work directly with senior HR, Reward and Payroll stakeholders, guiding implementation decisions and building their confidence that the system accurately reflects how their organisation pays and rewards its people, and that it can stand up to regulatory scrutiny. You will own how the total rewards platform is configured for each client, which will mean translating complex reward and payroll frameworks into working system logic, building dashboards that clients genuinely rely on, and bringing deep total reward domain expertise to every engagement.

You’ll need to configure the reward platform for each client’s needs, navigating challenges and problem solving. This role is technical in nature whilst also building and maintaining client relationships with a consultative approach. You will need to be detail oriented with the ability to navigate complex data sets. This is a niche role where the right candidate will not only have HR technology configuration skills but also an understanding of reward and payroll data and frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the EUPT (EU Pay Transparency Directive), understanding what organisations need to report, how reward data must be structured to meet those requirements, and how to configure the platform to support compliance. You’ll need to enjoy a start‑up culture where you can easily add quick value and align with the company’s ambitions. The role is offering agile working with very occasional office attendance required (but you must be UK‑based with access to London).

If you have blended experience across both HR technology projects and reward, then this role could be a great fit. If you thrive in an autonomous, project‑based start‑up environment where you can truly turn the dial, then please don’t hesitate to reach out to learn more about this opportunity. If you’re interested in this role or anything similar, please apply and contact Nick Arnold at Frazer Jones with any questions or to have a confidential discussion about your job search in the reward or HR technology market.
