About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable HR Manager to join our organisation on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract with potential for a Full Time position. This is a critical role requiring a confident HR professional with proven expertise in organisational restructuring and change management.

You will play a key role in supporting a period of transformation, ensuring that business objectives are delivered alongside a fair, compliant, and people‑focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support organisational restructuring initiatives, including consultations, redundancies, and redeployment processes
  • Provide expert HR advice to senior leadership on complex employee relations matters
  • Manage end‑to‑end change management processes, ensuring compliance with UK employment law
  • Partner with stakeholders to implement new organisational designs and workforce plans
  • Coach and support managers through change, building capability and confidence
  • Review and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practice
  • Ensure clear communication and engagement throughout periods of change

What We’re Looking For

  • CIPD qualified (Level 5 minimum, Level 7 preferred)
  • Demonstrable experience leading company restructuring or transformation programmes
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law
  • Confident handling complex and sensitive employee relations cases
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior level
  • Resilient, pragmatic, and solutions‑focused approach
  • Previous experience in a fast‑paced or scaling organisation
