Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Hybrid – Primarily Work from Home (6-8 days per month in office – London or Bedfordshire, TBC)

Contract: Full-time

Salary: £50,000 per annum OTE £75,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver new business sales in the UK, selling SaaS screening services to meet business needs and objectives.

Sales Representative Job Duties:

  • Sell EBC products in the UK market.
  • Report on new innovations to add value and increase sales.
  • Find innovative ways to meet targets.
  • Contribute to team goals and meet deadlines.
  • Travel to meet potential clients.
  • Support team goals through collaboration.
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and account management teams.
  • Prepare and deliver product demonstrations.
  • Provide onboarding documentation.
  • Develop ideas for product promotion.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints related to products and sales.
  • Create promotional materials.
  • Analyze competitors and report SWOT analysis.
  • Attend promotional events.
  • Engage with customers to identify needs and address concerns.
  • Follow internal administrative and accounting processes, suggesting improvements.

About You:

  • Experience in business development and acquiring new clients.
  • Understanding of the sales process.
  • Ability to present and demonstrate products to prospects.
  • Proficient with CRM tools like HubSpot, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Confident using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator for research and contact management.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing priorities.
  • Positive, adaptable, solutions-focused attitude.

Remote-first role, with up to 8 days per month in the office (London or Bedfordshire, TBC).
