The Function & Team
Our purpose is to raise and retain assets under management (AUM) for Triple Point to help drive the growth of the business. We accomplish this by providing innovative financial solutions that support financial advisers in helping people with their financial goals. The Role
As an Internal Business Development Associate, you will play a critical role in our growth strategy, identifying and cultivating relationships with financial advisers and wealth managers to expand distribution channels for our tax-efficient products and income service.
Working in close partnership with our experienced Business Development Managers, you’ll have the opportunity to join a dynamic, high-growth enterprise where success is measured not just by numbers, but by the positive impact we create. Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate a thorough understanding of Triple Point’s proposition, championing our values as a passionate company advocate.
- Work within a collaborative pod structure, working alongside our exceptional Internal BDMs, BDEs and field-based colleagues.
- Engage financial advisers through a strategic blend of telephone calls, personalised LinkedIn communications and tailored emails.
- Deliver a minimum of 40 high-quality adviser conversations daily, with top performers consistently achieving upwards of 50 engagements.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics focused on securing adviser meetings and event bookings that drive business growth.
- Craft comprehensive briefing documents for BDMs, ensuring they are fully equipped with relevant information before meetings.
- Guide financial advisers in addressing their clients’ investment needs through insightful education and practical solutions.
- Represent Triple Point at industry conferences and adviser events, building brand presence and capturing new opportunities.
- Maintain meticulous records within our CRM system, ensuring all client interactions are properly documented and accessible.
- Identify and cultivate promising prospects, continuously refreshing our new business pipeline with qualified opportunities.
- Convert webinar and event participants into scheduled meetings through timely, strategic follow-up that demonstrates our value proposition.
