The Opportunity
A well-established and growing construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Project Manager to join its expanding Midlands team.
The business delivers complex industrial, logistics and manufacturing projects for blue‑chip developers and occupiers across the UK. This role offers the chance to take real ownership of projects, work closely with senior leaders, and build a long‑term career within a consultancy that is investing heavily in growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager looking to strengthen their consultancy experience, or step up in responsibility with a clear pathway toward Senior Project Manager.
The Role
- Deliver new build and fit‑out projects across the manufacturing, logistics and distribution sectors
- Manage projects through the full lifecycle feasibility, design, procurement, delivery and handover
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication and reporting
- Manage programme, risk, quality and H&S in line with client and business expectations
- Coordinate and manage multi‑disciplinary consultant and contractor teams
- Support senior colleagues on larger or more complex schemes as required
About You
- Proven experience delivering construction projects within an industrial, logistics or commercial environment
- Background in consultancy or client‑side project management
- Working knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts
- Strong communication skills with confidence dealing directly with clients and stakeholders
- Degree‑qualified in a construction‑related discipline
- Working toward or interested in chartership (RICS, APM, CIOB)
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to attend site
