Service Advisor Requirements
- Meeting and greeting customers into the service reception
- Booking in vehicles
- Raising and closing job cards
- Gaining authorisations for work to be carried out
- Liaising with the workshop regarding work in progress
- Arranging courtesy cars using the one link system
- Costing, invoicing, customer handovers and up‑selling
Ideal candidate will have main dealer experience, excellent customer service, upsales and administration skills. Experience with RTC, One Link and Kerridge is an advantage.
