Our Security Operations Centre Manager will lead and oversee a highly professional team of safety and security providers who provide support across all Club locations in Security, Fire, Life Safety, Alarm Monitoring, Video Monitoring, Incident Management, Investigation Support and dispatch safety and security resources as required. You oversee the day-to-day operations where you encourage your team to contribute their knowledge, and skill sets for the benefit of the club, department, and local community.

You lead and overall manage the SOC team, including the technical equipment, security systems (hardware and software), maintenance of equipment, support contracts, budget analysis, ensuring processes and procedures are implemented and adhered to by SOC team. We do the right thing ensuring high performance, adherence to security protocols, and a focus on delivering exceptional service to members, guests, and the wider club team.
Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring team SOC Operators are trained and follow the proper protocols for incident response, surveillance operations, and system monitoring. Oversee the continuous monitoring of various security systems, including video surveillance (CCTV), intrusion detection, fire alarms, access control systems, and other security technologies, ensuring the proper and effective responses to any alerts or incidents.
Oversee and report on club operations technology connected to the club security systems, GPS systems, radios assigned to other departments ensuring the equipment remains operational. Monitor drone usage on club property. Train SOC Operators on emergency response procedures, utilization of security and access control systems and effective use of communications systems by implementing a SOC training program.
This role ensures optimal performance, functionality, and efficiency and provides technological oversight, troubleshooting and analysis of critical security and communication systems. Conducts Investigations and reports to the Director of Security, developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), policies, procedures, and best practices for the SOC Operators to utilize in the performance of their duties.
Produce well-written factual reports for the Director of Security capturing essential information and highlighting areas of concern within the SOC Operation for action. The proper staffing levels for a fully functional 24/7 SOC, produce schedules, oversee time and attendance, conduct performance and records management, administration, aggregation, analysis, and the dissemination of security metrics/reports.
Maintain the personal “concierge” security approach with all members, guests, and colleagues while on property. Partner with Club Management, Facilities & Construction, Network Operations, Maintenance and Medical teams during business impacting incidents or events. Uphold our exceptional standards while demonstrating passion and flare in the pursuit of service excellence. Discover you
A minimum of six years of experience in security or law enforcement operations, with at least three years in a leadership or managerial role overseeing and leading security teams. Experience working in a SOC, Law Enforcement Control Centre, or similar setting, ideally security, supporting residential community environments.
Familiar with security technology software (e.g., Genetec, Milestone, Salto, HID, Motorola etc.). Computer proficiency includes basic troubleshooting, and use of common software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Smartsheet etc.
A Full UK driving license is essential as you will be required to travel between locations.
