This well-established home provides nursing, dementia and residential care and has a strong reputation for high-quality, person-centred care. This is an excellent opportunity for an existing Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead looking to step into a supportive, supernumerary leadership role.
As Clinical Deputy Manager, you will: Lead, mentor and develop the nursing and care teams Ensure the home consistently delivers safe, effective and high-quality care Oversee clinical governance, audits, care planning and compliance RGN qualification with an active NMC pin Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Deputy Manager (or equivalent Clinical Lead role) Previous experience working within a nursing home environment Strong background in elderly and dementia nursing care A genuine passion for elderly care and clinical excellence Compass Associates Ltd is acting as a Recruitment Consultant for this permanent vacancy.
