We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate NHS 111 Clinical Advisors to join our Integrated Urgent Care service. In this vital role, you will use your clinical expertise to assess patients over the phone and provide safe, effective advice, treatment recommendations, and onward referrals. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will support patients to access the right care, at the right time, in the right place.
Conduct clinical assessments via telephone and digital platforms Provide evidence-based advice, reassurance, and safety-netting Refer patients to appropriate services, including GP, urgent care, or emergency services Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care
