Performance-driven bonus structure : Ofsted rating bonuses KPI-based bonuses Registered Manager performance incentives Company car £Referral bonuses up to £500 As a Dual Registered Manager, you will take full accountability for the leadership, compliance, and performance of two homes. You’ll ensure exceptional care standards, maintain full Ofsted compliance, and create an environment where young people can thrive and progress towards independence. Proven experience as a Registered Manager within an Ofsted children’s home Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People’s Residential Care) Strong understanding of Ofsted frameworks and achieving Good/Outstanding ratings Experience managing teams and driving performance across services Passion for delivering high-quality, child-centred care We are a leading children’s care provider with over 60 homes and a specialist school, committed to creating safe, nurturing environments where young people can grow, develop independence, and achieve positive outcomes.
