The home provides nursing, dementia, and residential care, and is seeking a clinically strong, hands-on leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to elderly residents. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead looking to join a stable, supportive service with a strong clinical focus. You will work closely with the Home Manager, leading clinical practice, supporting staff development, and ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.
Support and mentor nursing and care teams Ensure excellent standards of elderly and dementia care Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN (RGN or RMN) Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead Previous nursing home experience essential Strong background in elderly and dementia nursing Genuine passion for elderly care
