We are working with a respected care provider seeking an experienced and dynamic Home Manager to lead a large, purpose-built elderly care home in Hertfordshire. The service provides high-quality nursing, dementia, and residential care and holds a strong reputation within the local community.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven leader to take full operational responsibility for an established service, maintaining standards of excellence while driving further growth, quality, and team development. Provide full operational leadership of the home, ensuring outstanding standards of nursing, dementia, and residential care. Maintain full regulatory compliance and strong governance frameworks. Drive occupancy, financial performance, and long-term sustainability. Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, local authorities, and healthcare professionals. Proven experience as a Home Manager within an elderly nursing and/or dementia care setting. Demonstrable success in achieving positive regulatory outcomes and managing compliance.
