Real Estate Finance Lawyer – Senior Associate/Legal Director
MAP Legal is working with a leading international law firm to recruit a senior real estate finance lawyer for a Senior Associate/Legal Director–level role in London.
This is a key strategic hire into a well-established real estate finance practice advising a broad range of lenders, investors, developers and property-backed businesses. The work spans acquisition and development finance, refinancing, restructuring and complex portfolio transactions, often involving high-value and multi-jurisdictional elements.
The successful candidate will take a lead role on major transactions, act as a trusted adviser to clients, and play an important part in the continued growth of the practice. There is a strong emphasis on relationship management, commercial problem-solving and contributing to business development initiatives, alongside mentoring and supporting junior lawyers within the team.
This opportunity would suit an experienced real estate finance lawyer with a strong technical background, ideally gained within a leading City, national or international firm. Candidates should have a proven track record of handling complex matters, building client relationships and operating effectively at a senior level within a collaborative environment.
