Working Hours:This role is contracted to 9 hours per week which will be at the weekend. There is opportunity to do some optional overtime in the weekday evenings when we would require cover.

Deliver the Haribo standards of customer serviceGreet customers as they enter the storeApproach and engage customers; assist in their selection, applying product knowledge and making purchase recommendationsSampling activities in and out of storeProcess cash and card payments at the till Retail Standards:
Deliver the Haribo standards of retail excellenceEnsure Haribo retail standards are maintained at the beginning and throughout the dayProducts are correctly replenished, displayed and pricedPromotional items and offers are visible to customers and actively soldUndertake daily cleaning duties within the store Operational Standards:
Deliver the Haribo standards of operational excellenceStock is replenished, counted, rotated and recorded correctlyComply with company standards in Health & Safety, providing a safe environment for colleagues and customersUnderstand and comply with the requirements of the Environmental Management System (EMS) and the Environmental Permit as part of day to day activitiesComplete food hygiene and handling training, ensure all food hygiene processes are followed and records completed The Ingredients you bring with you:
