Schedule: Monday to Thursday 8:00am- 3:00pm, and Friday 8:00am-12:00pm
Salary: £30000- £35000/year pro rata DOE
We are looking for a dedicated Room Leader to join a dynamic and supportive team at a small and vibrant nursery setting located in St. John’s Wood, London, NW8.
In this pivotal role, you’ll lead a team of practitioners in delivering exceptional care and education for children aged 2.5 to 5 years. With your guidance, your room will become a nurturing, creative space where children thrive—and where your team feels supported and empowered to grow.

What we’re looking for:
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
- Have experience working in an Early Years setting, ideally as Room Leader or similar in the UK
- Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children
- Excellent communication skills both written & spoken
- To have Right to Work in the UK
