Our client is a multi-disciplinary consultancy of 65-70 professionals, specialising in MEP services and building consultancy. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow within a supportive team.
The RoleThis is a varied role combining high-quality mechanical design work with hands-on site involvement. In addition to design responsibilities, you will regularly attend site to survey plantrooms, contribute to CAPEX planning, and produce project estimate schedules.
Key Responsibilities* Mechanical design across a range of building services projects* Surveying plantrooms and existing installations* Supporting CAPEX planning and project scoping* Preparing cost estimates and project schedules* Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders
About You* Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline* Proven experience in mechanical design (building services/environment preferred)* Comfortable carrying out site surveys and working independently* Based in, or able to commute within, Greater London* Organised, practical, and commercially aware
