We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee and deliver a commercial electrical installation project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project from planning through to completion, ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
Electrical Project Manager Key Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of commercial electrical projects from pre-construction through to handover
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
Plan project schedules, resources, and procurement of materials
Monitor project progress and ensure milestones and deadlines are met
Manage budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and electrical standards
Conduct site meetings, progress reviews, and reporting
Resolve technical and operational issues on site
Oversee testing, commissioning, and final project delivery

Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager on commercial projects
Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems and installations
Ability to manage budgets, programmes, and subcontractors
Excellent communication and leadership skills
