AleadingconsultantancyisseekinganexperiencedPeopleXDImplementationConsultanttojointheirgrowingHRsystemsdeliveryteam.Thisrolefocusesonsupportingorganisationsthroughthesuccessfulimplementationandoptimisationofpayrollandworkforcemanagementsolutions.Workingremotely,youwillpartnerwithHR,payroll,andoperationalteamstoensuresystemsareconfiguredcorrectly,processesareefficient,andpayrolloperationsrunsmoothly.

Thispositionwouldsuitaconsultantwithastrongunderstandingofpayrollprocessesandworkforcemanagementsystemswhoenjoystranslatingbusinessrequirementsintopracticalsystemsolutions.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Leadclientdiscussionstounderstandpayrollandworkforcemanagementrequirements.
  • ConfigurePeopleXDpayrollandworkforcemanagementfunctionalitytoalignwithoperationalprocesses.
  • Translatepayrollrules,approvalstructures,andschedulingrequirementsintosystemconfiguration.
  • Preparecleardocumentationoutliningsystemsetupandfunctionaldesign.
  • Assistwiththetransferofpayrollandworkforcedataintothenewsystem,ensuringaccuracyandcompleteness.
  • Buildreportsthatenablepayrollteamstomanagedataefficientlyandreducemanualintervention.
  • Workalongsidetechnicalteamstosupportintegrationswithfinanceplatformsandotherconnectedsystems.
  • Coordinateandsupportsystemtestingphases,includingsystemintegrationanduseracceptancetesting.
  • Managepayrollcomparisonrunstovalidatesystemaccuracypriortolaunch.
  • Providesupportduringfinaldeploymentandtheimmediatepostlaunchperiodtoensureastabletransition.
  • Deliverguidanceandtrainingsessionsforpayroll,HR,andoperationalusers.
  • Identifyopportunitiestostreamlineprocessesandimprovesystemusage.
  • Assistwithongoingsystemupdatesandprovidepostimplementationsupportwhererequired.

SkillsandExperienceRequired:

  • ExperienceimplementingpayrollorworkforcemanagementsolutionswithinHRsystems.
  • Strongknowledgeofpayrollgovernance,validationprocesses,andreconciliationpractices.
  • PracticalexperienceconfiguringHRorpayrollsoftwareplatforms.
  • Abilitytorunworkshopsandtranslateoperationalrequirementsintosystemfunctionality.
  • ExperienceworkingwithPeopleXDorcomparableHRandpayrollplatforms.
  • Exposuretocomplexprogrammedeliveryinvolvingmultiplestakeholders.
  • FamiliaritywithsystemintegrationsorAPIbasedconnections.
  • Experiencedeliveringprojectswithinlargeorregulatedorganisations.
  • ProfessionalcertificationrelatingtoHR,payrollsystems,orthePeopleXDplatformwouldbebeneficial.
  • Degreeleveleducationorequivalentindustryexperience.
