AleadingconsultantancyisseekinganexperiencedPeopleXDImplementationConsultanttojointheirgrowingHRsystemsdeliveryteam.Thisrolefocusesonsupportingorganisationsthroughthesuccessfulimplementationandoptimisationofpayrollandworkforcemanagementsolutions.Workingremotely,youwillpartnerwithHR,payroll,andoperationalteamstoensuresystemsareconfiguredcorrectly,processesareefficient,andpayrolloperationsrunsmoothly.
Thispositionwouldsuitaconsultantwithastrongunderstandingofpayrollprocessesandworkforcemanagementsystemswhoenjoystranslatingbusinessrequirementsintopracticalsystemsolutions.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Leadclientdiscussionstounderstandpayrollandworkforcemanagementrequirements.
- ConfigurePeopleXDpayrollandworkforcemanagementfunctionalitytoalignwithoperationalprocesses.
- Translatepayrollrules,approvalstructures,andschedulingrequirementsintosystemconfiguration.
- Preparecleardocumentationoutliningsystemsetupandfunctionaldesign.
- Assistwiththetransferofpayrollandworkforcedataintothenewsystem,ensuringaccuracyandcompleteness.
- Buildreportsthatenablepayrollteamstomanagedataefficientlyandreducemanualintervention.
- Workalongsidetechnicalteamstosupportintegrationswithfinanceplatformsandotherconnectedsystems.
- Coordinateandsupportsystemtestingphases,includingsystemintegrationanduseracceptancetesting.
- Managepayrollcomparisonrunstovalidatesystemaccuracypriortolaunch.
- Providesupportduringfinaldeploymentandtheimmediatepostlaunchperiodtoensureastabletransition.
- Deliverguidanceandtrainingsessionsforpayroll,HR,andoperationalusers.
- Identifyopportunitiestostreamlineprocessesandimprovesystemusage.
- Assistwithongoingsystemupdatesandprovidepostimplementationsupportwhererequired.
SkillsandExperienceRequired:
- ExperienceimplementingpayrollorworkforcemanagementsolutionswithinHRsystems.
- Strongknowledgeofpayrollgovernance,validationprocesses,andreconciliationpractices.
- PracticalexperienceconfiguringHRorpayrollsoftwareplatforms.
