We are seeking a new member to join our CNC department, focusing on operating a CNC machine and assisting with sales.
**Responsibilities:**
– Manufacture products according to company procedures and systems.– Unload components from the CNC lasers, ensuring that all parts are identified, labeled, and palletized in compliance with company standards.– Ensure the quality of products meets the required standards and complete documentation accurately.– Utilize your time effectively to ensure efficient machine capacity.– Cooperate effectively with the team and demonstrate flexibility through overtime and shift work as needed.– Collect materials from storage racks and record their usage when appropriate.– Identify and report any noticeable defects in plant or equipment.– Support equipment maintenance and maintain a clean and safe working environment.– Adhere to health and safety legislation and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
**Desired Candidate Qualities:**
– Good timekeeping and attendance.– Self-motivated and able to work independently.– Strong task prioritization skills.– Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.– Proactive with a positive approach to problem-solving.– Ability to read engineering drawings.– Knowledge of Press Brake machines is preferred but not essential.
