Responsibilities
- Lead retail, commercial office, hospitality, and event space projects operationally and commercially.
- Manage budgets, procurement, subcontractors, and programmes.
- Deliver projects on time, on budget, and to high standards.

- Able to manage up to two projects concurrently.
Candidate
- Proven experience in commercial fit-out across multiple sectors.
- Confident managing clients, consultants, and project teams.
