Youwillhandleyourowncaseload(80-110files)ofresidentialconveyancingfileswiththesupportofyourowndesignatedParalegalaspartofateam.Thecaseloadwillbefixedtocover:salesandpurchases(freeholdandleasehold),transferofequityandremortgages.
ThisroleisbasedinthecentralLondon.Officeattendanceisrequiredx1-2daysperweek.Thisisafulltimeposition.
WhiletheyhaveanationalclientbaseagoodproportionofthecasesareinLondonandsoknowledgeofboththeBuildingSafetyActandleaseholdtransactionswouldbepreferred,albeitnotessential.
Thelawfirminquestionareextremelymodern.AlthoughthecaseloadishighervolumethislawfirmprovideexcellentadministrationsupporttoenabletheirLawyerstofocusontechnicalconveyancingtransactions.
