Mechanical Building Services Shift Engineer | Romford, East London/Essex | Static Site | Datacentre Environment | 52,000 + Employment Package

We are actively recruiting for aMechanical Building Services Shift Engineer to work on a static basis, within a state of the art datacentre premises in Romford, East London/Essex.

Are theMechanical Building Services Shift Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance duties across commercial and critical mechanical / hvac building services systems such as; pumps, AHUs, FCUs, CRAC units, CRAH units, pressurisation units, cooling towers, water treatment etc.

Employment Package:

  • Role: Mechanical / HVAC Shift Engineer
  • Status: Full time, permanent role.
  • Hours: Day & night – 12 hour shifts.
  • Base salary: 50,000 – 52,000
  • 1,500annual bonus
  • 3,000 site AP allowance
  • Employer: Industry leading service provider.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a relevant mechanical / hvac qualification, ie: City and Guilds; Air Conditioning / Mechanical Engineering / Building Services / Plumbing & Heating etc.
  • Must hold hands on maintenance experience within commercial or critical environments.
  • Experience within critical environments such as datacentres, hospitals, banking etc or critical systems such as CRAC units, CRAH units, UPS systems, HV Switchgear etc is highly beneficial but not essential.
