Requirements:A Full UK Driving License, with access to a vehicle during working hours.
The Role:
- Manage the day-to-dayfacilities operationsacross a portfolio of commercial properties.
- Overseeplanned preventative maintenance (PPM)and reactive maintenance programmes.
- Manage and monitorcontractors and service providersincluding cleaning, security, M&E, and specialist suppliers.
- Ensure all buildings remainfully compliant with UK health & safety regulations, including fire safety, asbestos, Legionella, and electrical testing.
- Conductregular property inspectionsand identify maintenance or improvement works.
- Manageservice charge budgetsand monitor expenditure against forecasts.
- Liaise withtenants and occupiers, responding promptly to maintenance queries and operational issues.
- Maintain accurate records ofcompliance documentation, risk assessments, and maintenance schedules.
- Support asset and property management teams withcapital works and refurbishment projectswhere required.
