OverviewWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a prestigious, high-end corporate site in Kingston upon Thames. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong engineer to work within a professional building services team, delivering high-quality maintenance within a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) across electrical building services systems.
Respond to and resolve reactive maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Perform fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs on electrical systems and associated equipment.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health & safety regulations and site procedures.
Support the wider engineering team with general building services maintenance when required.
Maintain accurate records of work completed using the CAFM system.
Liaise with site management, colleagues, and subcontractors where necessary.
Requirements
Minimum Level 3 Electrical qualification.
18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
Previous experience working within a corporate or commercial building environment.
Strong understanding of PPM schedules and reactive maintenance within building services.
Good fault-finding ability and strong technical knowledge of electrical systems.
Ability to work effectively within a team and manage workloads efficiently.
