Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging and meaningful learningSupport pupils with reading, writing, and classworkLead and deliver targeted interventions to support developmentWork 1:1 and in small groups to provide personalised supportAssist with behaviour management in a nurturing and positive wayObserve pupils and contribute to learning recordsDevelop your curriculum knowledge as the school growsHelp shape classroom routines and contribute to our evolving school culture

About You
We’re looking for someone who is naturally supportive, adaptable, and enthusiastic about working with children with additional needs.
Essential:
Experience as a Teaching AssistantExperience working with children with special educational needs
Desirable:
A Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant degreeA genuine passion for inclusive education
