A CNC Operator is required to join a highly successful manufacturing business based in Cradley Heath. As a global leader in industrial engineering and materials, the company operates a busy fabrication site producing components used in the assembly of large balcony units.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC Operator looking to join a well-established organisation offering long-term opportunities.
As a CNC Operator your duties will be –
Operating a 5-axis Elumatec CNC machining centre
Adjusting and amending screen settings
Reading and working from engineering drawings
Accurately measuring materials prior to cutting
Loading and unloading steel materials onto the machine
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
For this role you will need to –
Have previous experience operating CNC machinery
Be confident adjusting machine settings
Be able to read and interpret engineering drawings
Be local to the Cradley Heath area
Be flexible to work a double day shift pattern:
o Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:00pm
o Monday-Thursday 1:30pm-10:00pm, Friday 2:00pm-8:00pm
