This is your chance to work on exciting MOD sector projects ranging from 500k – 3m, including extensions, Cat B refurbishments, and small new builds with a strong M&E focus.What You’ll Do:Assist the Contract Manager with pricing, programming, and project delivery.Support tender submissions, including pricing and scheduling.Manage Site Managers and ensure smooth on-site project delivery.Maintain excellent client relationships through tender, delivery, and defect periods.Prepare internal and external project reports.What You Need:SMSTS, First Aid & CSCSExperience pricing and programming refurbishment/construction projectsCurrent driving licenceIdeally, MOD security clearance and experience on MOD or secure projects but not essential.
