We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Driver to join our growing team in Wolverhampton. This role is ideal for someone with a background in the steel industry who is also comfortable operating machinery in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating forklift trucks safely and efficiently
Loading and unloading steel products and materials
Moving stock within the warehouse and production areas
Operating machinery as part of the production process
Assisting with general warehouse and yard duties
Carrying out routine equipment and safety checks
Requirements:
Valid forklift licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach)
Proven experience working within the steel industry
Previous machine operating experience
Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good timekeeping and reliability
