SEN Teacher – Hounslow
Full-time | Long-term | ASAP / September start
I’m currently working with a really supportive SEN school in Hounslow who are looking for a committed SEN Teacher to join their team.
The school supports students with a range of needs including SEMH, ASD and ADHD, so they’re looking for someone who is confident managing behaviour, building relationships and creating a positive learning environment.
The role will involve:
Teaching small classes with additional needs
Planning and adapting lessons to suit different learning styles
Supporting students with EHCPs
Managing behaviour in a calm and consistent way
Working closely with TAs and the wider school team
They’re looking for someone who:
Has QTS (or equivalent)
Has experience working within SEN settings
Is confident with behaviour management
Is patient, resilient and genuinely passionate about supporting students
Can build strong relationships with both students and staff
