Tobeconsidered,candidatesmusthavetraininganddevelopmentexperience,travelexperienceispreferredbutnotessential.

Developingtrainingcontentformultipleaudiencesanddeliveryformats,includinginternaltrainingsessions,trade-facingpresentations,BDMtoolkits,onlinemodulesandpresentationmaterialforconsumereventsandshows
Createcleartrainingguides,referencematerialsandonboardingresources
Supportinternalunderstandingofnewproductlaunches,enhancementsandkeydestinationupdates
Createanddeliverengagingproducttrainingfortravelagentsacrossretailandwholesalenetworks
Developandmaintainaglobalproducttrainingframeworkalignedtotheproductstrategyandbrandpositioning
Actasthecentralownerofproducttrainingstandards,contentandmethodology.
