CNC Setter / Operator Milling & Lathes

Location: Birmingham | Salary: 14 – 18 per hour | Full-time

We’re looking for skilled CNC Setters / Operators to join modern, growing manufacturing teams. If you have experience with milling machines, lathes, or machining centres, and take pride in producing high-quality components, we want to hear from you!

What you’ll do:

• Set and operate CNC milling machines, lathes, and machining centres.
• Produce CNC programs using One CNC CAD CAM XR6 or other relevant software.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings (Metric & Imperial).
• Monitor quality using gauges and measuring tools.
• Manage offsets, change tools/tips, and machine jigs/fixtures.
• Assist in improving processes and help train team members.

What we’re looking for:

• CNC setting/operating experience.
• Experience with Haas, Dai-Lih VMC (Fanuc Controls), milling, and lathes.
• Precision machining or manufacturing background.
• Flexible, can-do attitude with strong communication skills.

Hours & Benefits:

• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday – days only
