Pre Construction Manager

Tribuild Solutions are currently recruiting for a Pre-Construction Manager to join a leading construction fit-out contractor based in London.

This is an office-based role, offering the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects including CAT A & CAT B fit-outs, cut and carve schemes, and Design & Build projects.

Salary: Up to 100,000

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pre-Construction Manager within the fit-out or construction sector
• Strong experience across CAT A & CAT B fit-out projects
• Exposure to cut and carve and Design & Build schemes
• Background working with Tier One contractors
• Demonstrated longevity in previous roles (no frequent job-hopping)
