Location: Milton Keynes / South MidlandsSalary: £45,000 – £55,000 + package

Quantity Surveyor – Highways / Civil Engineering

We are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing civils contractor delivering highways, groundworks, and infrastructure schemes across the South Midlands.

You will take commercial responsibility for multiple projects, working closely with operational teams to ensure financial performance and contractual compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage costs across highways and civils projects
• Subcontract procurement and package management
• Variations, valuations, and final accounts
• CVRs, cost reporting, and margin control

Requirements:

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within highways / civils / groundworks
• Strong knowledge of NEC / JCT contracts
• Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills
• Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying (preferred)
