Home Manager

Stephen James Consulting are working with one of their established elderly care providers, in the search for a Home Manager based in North Wales.

This is a small, fully occupied residential care home, offering a stable environment and an excellent opportunity for a strong Deputy Manager looking to step into their first Home Manager position.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing the day-to-day running of the home
• Leading and developing the staff team
• Ensuring compliance with CIW standards and regulatory requirements
• Maintaining high standards of care and resident wellbeing
• Driving a positive and supportive culture within the home

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• Experience within residential care
• Previous experience at Deputy Manager level or above
• Strong understanding of CIW regulations
• Good leadership and communication skills

The role offers a salary of 40,000 per annum.
