Rate: 39-44 per hour

Overview: We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Triage Officer to join a high-performing private sector housing team in West London. This is a fast-paced triage role requiring strong decision-making and the ability to manage complex case allocation within a busy enforcement environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on triage of incoming cases within the private sector housing service
• Prioritise and allocate complex and high-risk cases
• Support and guide junior staff within the triage function
• Ensure efficient workflow and case distribution across the team
• Maintain high standards of record keeping and compliance

Requirements:

• Proven experience within private sector housing
• Strong background in triage and case management
• Ability to manage high workloads and make informed decisions quickly
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• HHSRS knowledge desirable
