Job Overview

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our night shift team. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of goods within the warehouse. This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, physical fitness, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Sorting and organizing stock within the warehouse
• Conducting stock checks and reporting discrepancies
• Operating warehouse equipment (e.g. pallet trucks, scanners)
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized working environment
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times
• Meeting productivity and performance targets

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
• Ability to work night shifts consistently
• Good level of physical fitness (lifting and manual handling involved)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic communication skills
• Flexibility and reliability
