Forklift Counterbalance Driver – Full Time (Temp to Perm)
We’re currently recruiting for a Forklift Counterbalance Driver to join a well-established company working with panel products such as plywood and MDF. This is a long-term opportunity with clear progression and salary increases after probation.
Shift Pattern:Monday to FridayRotating shifts:07:00 – 15:3008:00 – 17:30(30-minute break deducted)
Salary:£28,750 per annumRising to £30,750 after successful 6-month probation
Additional annual bonus scheme available after probation, based on attendance and performance (non-contractual)
Duties include:Operating a Counterbalance forklift safely and efficientlyLoading and unloading Class 1 vehicles and vansHandling panel products including plywood and MDFSupporting general warehouse duties where requiredManual handling as part of daily tasks
Requirements:Valid Counterbalance Forklift licencePrevious experience in a similar roleComfortable with manual handlingReliable with good attendance and work ethic
