We are looking for a Head of Finance to play a pivotal leadership role within Yorkshire Cricket. Reporting to the Group Finance Director, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the finance function while also acting as a visible and collaborative leader across the Club.
This role goes beyond delivering excellent financial reporting. We are looking for someone who brings energy, positivity and a strong partnership mindset. You will enjoy working across teams, building relationships and helping colleagues use financial insight to make better decisions.
You will be technically excellent, but equally comfortable stepping outside the traditional boundaries of finance to support the wider organisation. As a leader across the Club, you will help connect people, influence thinking and contribute to a culture of collaboration, transparency and shared success.
We are looking for a finance professional who combines strong technical expertise with energy, curiosity and a highly collaborative approach.
You will enjoy working with people across the organisation, building strong relationships and influencing decisions through insight and partnership. You bring a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and are comfortable engaging with colleagues at all levels of the Club.
