Responsibilities

  • Pipeline & Program Ownership
  • Develop, execute, and optimize integrated marketing programs that generate qualified pipeline for Video
  • Establish quarterly pipeline goals and track performance against targets in partnership with marketing operations and sales
  • Manage the full lifecycle of campaigns, from planning and budgeting to execution, measurement, and iteration
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with product marketing to define audience segmentation, messaging, and value propositions
  • Collaborate with the shared-services marketing team (paid, content, field, and digital) to bring product-specific campaigns to market efficiently
  • Align closely with SDRs and sales to ensure strong follow-up, feedback loops, and conversion optimization
  • Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Monitor funnel metrics to identify what’s working, what’s not, and where to double down
  • Partner with marketing operations to ensure accurate attribution and reporting on campaign performance
  • Leverage insights to refine channel mix, targeting, and messaging to maximize ROI
  • Program Management
  • Maintain a clear campaign calendar, ensuring coordination across internal stakeholders and alignment with product launch cycles
  • Manage budgets for Video product, ensuring investments drive measurable business impact
  • Create regular performance summaries to share learnings and next-step recommendations with leadership

About you

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in a SaaS or technology environment
  • Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline through integrated marketing programs
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence across cross-functional teams
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, or similar marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Comfortable moving from strategy to hands-on execution
