About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to join our Love2shop team. In this exciting role, you’ll support the planning, development and execution of digital marketing activity that drives customer acquisition, traffic, revenue and profit across our brands. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of our digital marketing strategy.
  • Working closely with the wider marketing team on integrated seasonal and product campaigns across paid search, paid social and other digital channels.
  • Helping manage paid search and paid social campaigns, including optimisation of ad copy, keyword targeting and bid strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of our SEO strategy, including keyword research and identifying new opportunities.
  • Conducting keyword research and audience analysis to uncover new paid media opportunities and improve campaign performance.
  • Supporting the creation of SEO content and assisting with outreach and backlink acquisition.
  • Monitoring campaign effectiveness using Google Analytics and other tools, providing regular reports and insights.
  • Learning to measure ROI and develop meaningful KPIs for digital marketing activity.
  • Contributing to our content marketing processes for distribution across all online channels.
  • Staying up to date with digital trends, technologies and best practices.
  • Tracking competitor activity and sharing insights with the team.

What You’ll Bring

  • Around 1 year of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, ideally with exposure to PPC, Paid Social, SEO and Google Analytics.
  • A solid understanding of digital marketing channels and online marketing tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills and a curious, analytical mindset.
  • A collaborative, positive approach – a real team player.
  • Good organisational and time‑management skills.
  • Confident communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies or a related field (preferred).
