We are expanding our managed services team and seeking an experienced Security
Service Edge (SSE) Specialist with a strong background in surrounding technologies.
This role is focused on the day-to-day operation, optimisation, and enhancement of
customer SSE environments, ensuring secure, consistent, and reliable access for
users no matter where they work.
You will be working directly with customer environments, delivering ongoing
managed service support, policy tuning, and platform maintenance. This is
a hands-on operational role for someone who understands the realities of cloud
security and the importance of continuous hygiene, visibility, and policy governance.
Key Responsibilities
Managed SSE Delivery
- Operate, monitor, and optimise SSE components including NG-SWG, CASB, DLP, ZTNA, and RBI
- Ensure platform configuration aligns with customer security baselines and best practice
- Review and correct policy drift, misconfigurations, and gaps in coverage
- Maintain tenant health, performance, and compliance across multiple
Operational Support & Troubleshooting
- Investigate access failures, app issues, DLP events, and user experience concerns
- Collaborate with EveryCloud Customers internal teams and vendors to resolve complex technical issues
- Support customer onboarding, policy migration, and deployment activities
- Produce clear, customer-ready reports on platform health, risks, and improvements
- Participate in regular service reviews and communicate actions, recommendations, and outcomes
- Document runbooks, change control processes, and operational playbooks
- Work with customer teams to refine conditional access, device posture, and Zero Trust policies
- Contribute to the evolution of the managed SSE offering
- Continue to improve and develop other areas of the EveryCloud’s service roadmap
Microsoft
- Develop and expand our current Microsoft capabilities to expand the Microsoft technical and commercial capabilities within EveryCloud ensuring that there is an understanding of the Microsoft Security stack available to EveryCloud customers. Skills & Experience Required
- Hands-on experience administering SSE solutions
- Strong background in enterprise security operations
- Strong understanding of SSE technologies: SWG, CASB, DLP, ZTNA, RBI
- Experience operating or supporting managed security services or multi-tenant environments
- Competence troubleshooting cloud, identity, device, and network-based access paths
- Knowledge of Zero Trust principles and identity-based access control
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
