Process Engineer (Design/Black Utilities)

Key Responsibilities

• Design utility systems such as chilled water, hot water, compressed air, and steam systems
• Perform system calculations, develop layouts, design piping networks, and select appropriate equipment
• Prepare equipment and valve datasheets, and support technical bid evaluations
• Maintain strong familiarity with commonly used utility equipment brands, including their performance and application
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure design alignment and review returned documents for compliance with process requirements
• Stay updated on industry trends and support business development activities, including technical presentations and marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HVAC, Energy, Thermal Engineering, or a related discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in utility system design, particularly in heating and cooling source systems
• Proficiency in CAD and other relevant engineering design software
• Good understanding of cleanroom design standards and technical specifications
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage tasks independently
• Effective communication and presentation skills for technical coordination and stakeholder engagement
