Role Description

• This is a hybrid role for a Human Resources Consultant based in Sussex. The individual will collaborate with clients to design and implement HR strategies tailored to their business requirements. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with UK employment law, and providing guidance on HR management practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Experience in developing HR policies and managing employee relations
• Good working knowledge of UK Employment Law
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and execute projects effectively in a hybrid environment
• Previous experience working with SMEs or providing tailored HR solutions is a plus
• Relevant CIPD certifications or a degree in Human Resources or a related field
