RG setsquare is actively hiring for Heath & Safety manager.

Location: Bristol

Duration: Up to June

Tickets: Confined space

It will be to oversee work being carried out at Continental Bitumen processing plant.

Health & Safety Management

• Lead and manage all health and safety activities for Tank 2 repair works.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.

Risk Assessment & Method Statements (RAMS)

• Prepare, review, and approve RAMS for all tasks associated with the project.
• Ensure RAMS are communicated effectively to all personnel.

Confined Space & Working at Height

• Oversee and enforce safe systems of work for confined space entry and working at height.
• Verify permits and ensure proper rescue plans are in place.

Site Inspections & Audits

• Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and incidents.

Training & Toolbox Talks

• Deliver safety briefings and toolbox talks to site teams.
• Ensure all personnel are competent and trained for their tasks.

Incident Management

• Investigate and report any incidents or near misses promptly.
• Implement lessons learned and preventive measures.
