Multimodal Freight Forwarder – Dover – £40,000 + Career Progression

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multimodal Freight Forwarder to join a well-established, multi-site logistics business based in Dover.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a growing organisation that can offer a clear progression path into a supervisory position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing multimodal shipments (road, sea and air) from start to finish
• Coordinating with customers, carriers and internal teams
• Preparing and handling import and export documentation
• Overseeing shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery
• Delivering a high level of customer service and resolving any issues

Requirements:

• Previous experience in freight forwarding (multimodal experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of import and export processes
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment
